The front desk ladies are amazing!! We've been in there 3 times in the last month (because of my pickiness) and each time they try their hardest to get everything perfect for us when it comes to adjusting our glasses frames/lenses as well as getting us the right contact lenses. These 3 ladies are wonderful and they are now our family go to optometry/optical clinic in the Sammamish area!

Exceptional care! My toddler hit my eye with a toy and I was in agony last week. While walking past Occhio on my way to Urgent care I thought on whim maybe they could see me. I was greeted by two very friendly team members who worked me into the schedule. I was treated first by Dr. Chow, who despite being very busy, made me feel like a priority- taking time to explain everything as he placed a bandage contact.

What a great office!!  The staff at Occhio was so helpful prior to my appointment helping with insurance so prior to my appointment I knew what was covered. The actual appointment was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and caring. Dr. Chow was very knowledgeable and spent time with me at my appointment making sure all of my questions were answered.

I had an incredibly grateful experience with Kendra at Occhio Optometry who came to my rescue when my glasses broke just before an important meeting. Her swift assistance and expertise were truly remarkable.

Dr. Chow and his staff are truly the best! So much so that my wife and I drive an hour, since we've moved, to see him. Great conversation, great detail given to my eyes and my diabetes and how that affects the future of my eyes, Dr. Chow is kind, welcoming and knowledgeable as is his staff so we will travel however far to see them.

Stopped by to see if I could get my sunglasses repaired and was so grateful to have them fixed up in minutes and no charge! Thank you Occhio Optometry!!

They are more technically advanced than any other eye doctor I’ve been to, they explain everything to you, Highly recommended.
